I'm not used to being in these shops but I was sent to buy a product: a lady with shorter hair went out of her way to offer her assistance to me and didn't mind helping me find the product : very rare customer service skills, I want to come back even though I have no reason , I felt so welcomed 😂

This was my first time at this Kiko Milan store in Angel Station. I was greeted very warmly by Sadia. She did my makeup and advised me on what makeup to wear. The manager also joined us later, and I must say they were excellent, cheerful, and professional! Excellent Kiko Milan store. I recommend it even for inexperienced shoppers like me.

Elle was amazing from start to finish. She helped me find exactly what I needed. matched my foundation perfectly and suggested a lip combo that looked great on me. I walked into this makeup store completely out of my element. I was looking for a birthday gift for my wife and had no idea where to even begin. Thankfully, the staff here were absolute lifesavers. One of the employees asked if I needed help (I clearly did), and she guided me through a few popular options based on what I told her about my wife’s routine. She explained everything clearly, never tried to upsell me, and even helped me put together a little gift set that looked way more thoughtful than I expected it to. The store itself was spotless, well-organized, and surprisingly calm not the chaotic vibe I was bracing for. Honestly, I expected to feel awkward walking into a makeup store, but the staff made me feel welcome from the second I stepped in. Long story short: I walked out with a solid gift, a bit more confidence, and a happy wife. Can’t ask for more than that.
