Went the other day to pick up some bits and had a very nice chat with Samson. Helped me pick out a couple new items from the Club K range and showed me some of the foundation ranges. Complemented my shoes and had a wonderful conversation over our love for Stitch. Highly recommend and will definitely be back soon x

I had such a lovely experience at the KIKO Milano Angel store today. From the moment I walked in, I was made to feel so welcome and comfortable. A special mention has to go to Tugce, who was absolutely wonderful. She was incredibly friendly, enthusiastic and knowledgeable, and her passion for makeup really showed. As someone who is a huge makeup fan, I was genuinely impressed by how confidently she could answer my questions and recommend products suited to what I was looking for. What stood out most was how attentive and patient she was throughout my visit. I never felt rushed or pressured, and she went above and beyond to make sure I left happy with my choices. Tugce is a real credit to the KIKO team and deserves recognition for the fantastic service she provides. It was a pleasure meeting her, and I’ll definitely be returning to the Angel store again. 10/10 service — thank you, Tugce! You’re doing an amazing job!

I had such a wonderful experience with Maryam yesterday. She talked me through every step while doing my makeup, explaining what she was using and why, which made the whole experience so informative and enjoyable. She helped me choose all the right products to suit me and applied everything beautifully. Maryam was incredibly friendly, patient, and never made me feel rushed. She took the time to make sure I was happy with everything, and her warm, welcoming approach made the experience so pleasurable from start to finish. I left feeling confident and so happy with my makeup. I couldn’t recommend her enough!

I had such a wonderful experience at the Kiko Milano store in Angel thanks to Tugce! She was an absolute star from the moment I walked in. Tugce is incredibly knowledgeable about the entire range she helped me find the perfect shades for my skin tone and even suggested some new products I hadn’t considered. Her recommendations were spot on and genuinely tailored to what I was looking for. She took the time to swatch colors, explain textures, and answer all my questions without any rush, making the whole shopping trip feel personal and enjoyable. What really stood out was her warm, friendly personality. She made me feel welcome and excited about my purchases rather than just another customer. The service was attentive but never pushy exactly what you want from a beauty store. I left with exactly what I needed (and a couple of bonus items I’m now obsessed with) and a big smile on my face. Highly recommend!

I’ve popped into Kiko in Angel a couple times over the last few weeks and must say that I’m very impressed with the level of customer service provided at this store. I’ve been served by Aisha and Katie on the occasions I’ve been in and have received great advice and support whilst being in store, they both helped me choose brilliant products and gave me some very good information about everything I was looking at. I’ve loved everything they have recommended me and even went back to buy more of what I recently purchased. Such a lovely store with a great atmosphere and the kindest staff!

I'm not used to being in these shops but I was sent to buy a product: a lady with shorter hair went out of her way to offer her assistance to me and didn't mind helping me find the product : very rare customer service skills, I want to come back even though I have no reason , I felt so welcomed 😂
