I love kiko both for the quality of the products and also for the lovely and knowledgeable staff. Denise in Guilford recommended me good products for my age (55) and found good offers for me to save some money. I really appreciate when staff tell me what is not good for me and my skin, I appreciate honesty. I am really happy with everything g I chose 😊

Denise was completely on her own and did an incredible job. It was a very busy Sunday and the quality of her service remained fantastic. She was multitasking and keeping as many customers happy as possible, giving advice and helping everyone she could. I have been trying to find a replacement for the discontinued liquid skin foundation and had tried a couple of other KIKO foundations but they did not suit my skin type. Denise did a colour match on me and recommended a specific foundation which I purchased on the day and it has turned out great, perfect for my combination skin, doesn't dry me out and is a perfect match. I am very happy with the service recieved and think Denise is fantastic, I hope this is seen and she is appreciated by her employers for the great job she does. Thanks Denise!
