I had such a wonderful experience today with Stella, who was so unbelievably sweet and lovely. She was such an immense help by handpicking a full face of makeup for me, and even took the time to explain how to best use all the products. I can’t recommend her enough, I feel so lucky to have met her as I would have been so lost without her expertise.

Went in today initially needing a colour match for foundation the staff member was so lovely unfortunately I didn’t get her name but she was so helpful and more than happy to help , she even recommended some additional products that are really nice , will definitely be coming back and will be getting my makup from here from now on

Every time I pop into Kiko in Brighton, the staff are unbelievably lovely. A rare thing in retail, so thank you for being so great. Just been served by Will who was fab as are the rest of the team. Makes a refreshing change.

I have just left Kiko, where I had the best, most wonderful customer service from Will in the Brighton store. Will greeted me with a big smile and also helped me find a lip colour that I had previously purchased which I could not remember. I work in a customer service environment, so I really appreciate it when I get amazing customer service. Great work Will xxx

Very impressed by a make up artist named Will, he was very professional friendly and informative,from product knowledge to application techniques, I have been buying high end make up for over 20 years from various well known designer brands but have not had this level of service and care before. Will is a credit to the company Kiko, treat him well!

I had an excellent experience at this store. Selena greeted me warmly as soon as I walked in and were incredibly helpful throughout my visit. She answered all my questions patiently, helped me find exactly what I needed, and made the entire shopping experience smooth and enjoyable. The customer service was professional, friendly, and efficient. It’s rare to find a team that truly cares about their customers the way they do here. I had such a lovely experience at KIKO Milano in Brighton, all thanks to Kalisha! My friend trusted me with the huge responsibility of doing her makeup for her civil wedding, and I was determined to find the perfect lip combination for her special day. Kalisha was absolutely amazing, she helped me find the PERFECT lip combo, and I couldn’t be happier with how it turned out. She was so sweet, patient, and attentive throughout, really taking the time to understand what I was looking for. She also helped me choose the perfect gloss and lip liner to complete the look, which made all the difference. Honestly, all the staff here are incredibly kind and accommodating. They really go out of their way to help you find exactly what you need. I’m so grateful for the help and such a positive experience. Thank you, Kalisha!

Went to Kiko today to buy a lipstick. I chose my lipsticks and it was my intention to go to another store where I normally purchase my make up as needed various other items. Asked an assistant Will if they could help me match my skin to a foundation,the service and customer care was brilliant. Ended up buying foundation,concealer,bronzer,2 eyeshadows and eyebrow pencil all of which was tested on me to colour match etc.Will was very knowledgeable and helpful. I normally find buying make up stressful or impulse buy online and end up with incorrect shades for my skin tone. I will definitely return and will hopefully have the pleasure of being served by Will again! I also bought the 3 lipsticks I originally went in there to buy.
