Op TikTok gezien dat je je lipgloss kunt laten graveren hier. De winkel is regelmatig druk. Ik heb twee keer om hulp gevraagd, maar het personeel is meer voor de quick tasks en gaan dan weer door. Wel blij met de producten en de mensen thuis waren blij met hun lipgloss!

Hoy entramos para llevarles un recuerdo a las hijas. Nos atendió Sara, una chica encantadora, pese a la barrera del idioma nos trato de maravilla y pudimos comunicarnos genial. Preguntar por ella.

Chiara was extremely kind, helpful, and above all, knowledgeable. She took the time to listen to my needs and recommend the products that were most suitable for me, without ever being pushy. I particularly appreciated her attention to detail, her patience in answering all my questions, and the professional yet friendly way in which she assisted me. It is clear that she is passionate about her job and genuinely cares about customer satisfaction. It is not easy to find someone so attentive and well-prepared when it comes to customer service. Especially arianne (i hope i spell her name right) was such a kind soul she helped a lot while picking products and doing the engraving everything went pretty well thanks to her. Gotta wait almost half an hour yo do the engraving tho.

Siamo entrate da KIKO Milano in una giornata davvero pienissima, con una fila incredibile per il servizio di incisione dei prodotti, ma nonostante questo siamo state accolte insieme a mia figlia in modo impeccabile. La differenza tra una semplice catena e una vera grande profumeria, secondo me, si vede proprio in queste attenzioni verso il cliente. Un ringraziamento speciale va a Saba, che ci ha seguite con una professionalità, gentilezza e disponibilità rare. Ci ha consigliato con cura dei regalini per le amichette di mia figlia, aiutandoci nella scelta con tantissima pazienza e attenzione. In più ci ha preparato anche dei pacchetti regalo meravigliosi, con il tocco super raffinato di spruzzare il profumo all’interno: un dettaglio elegante e davvero apprezzatissimo. Che dire… è stata una bellissima esperienza d’acquisto, fatta di gentilezza, coccole e attenzione al cliente. Complimenti davvero!
