Worker name "Aurora" this girl is such an awful person. Very aggressive talking and bad manners. We bought 6 lipglosses with name engraving and she was mad and aggressive during the whole process.

If you want a cute memorabilia with engraved cosmetics with your name and/or Duomo I recommend this place as it is not as jammed and you can take your time choosing. Also, staff was very friendly and helped us.

I had a very good experience at this KIKO Milano store. The service was fast and efficient, unlike the KIKO Milano in the city center where I had to wait almost an hour for engraving. Here, I bought the product and they engraved it for me in just 5 minutes. The staff were friendly and professional, and the whole process was quick and smooth. Highly recommended!
