Kasa sırası biraz fazla yavaştı. Ama genel olarak çok iyi bir deneyimdi. Irene hanıma ürün seçerkenki yardımları ve nezaketi için çok teşekkür ederim. Kişiselleştirme için olan Lazer makinesi tek burada var. O yüzden sıranın yavaşlığı da anlaşılabilir. Öğleden sonra 3 civarında gittik ve tiktokta bahsedilen kadar uzun bir süre yoktu. İçeride lazer işlemle beraber maksimum 45 dakika kalmışımdır. Lazer işlemdeki hanımefendinin ismini hatırlayamadım fakat gayet seri ve nazik biriydi. Yazılanın doğru olup olmadığını sürekli teyit etti. Hizmetten ve ürünlerimden gayet memnunum.

Bardzo pomocne dziewczyny. Pomimo ogromnego ruchu, popularność ego miejsca jest wprawiająca w osłupienie, dziewczyny bardzo sprawnie nawigują i pomagają klientom więc wszystko idzie sprawnie. Także niech tłumy Cie nie odstrasza bo to bardzo sprawnie idzie.

The line for the engraving was way too long, but every staff in the store were fabulous and so kind. Especially the girl doing the engraving at 15th June (long straight hair??) was doing the job perfectly! Fast and very professional. If you want the engraving of only the colosseum on famous products you would want to check out the other store down the street first!

WOW beau souvenir! J’ai choisi un brillant à lèvres sur lequel j’ai pu faire graver le colisée ainsi que mon nom, c’est un super concept! Il y a un peu d’attente dû au volume de personnes qu’il y a mais sa en vaux la peine !

刻印が入れられるということでこちらの店舗に行きました。 商品購入後、紙を渡されて番号を呼ばれるのを外で待ちます。 事前に口コミをみてかなり待つのを覚悟して行きました。私たちが行った時（土曜日の15時頃）は、1時間くらい待ちました。待っている間に、近くで買い物したりできると思います。 店員さんも親切でした。

Great place and staff but when I tell you it was CROWDED. We literally had a long line of people waiting. But it was worth it at the end just be prepared for it to take your time if your time is limited.

Schon sehr lange warte Zeit. Aber super Erfahrung! Hat sich gelohnt. Erst muss man bezahlen. Da bekommt man eine Nummer und muss draußen vor dem Laden warten bis man aufgerufen wird für das gravieren.

Went to get an engraved lipgloss for my girlfriend with absolutely no experience of shopping in makeup shops. Consultants helped me very quickly and explained everything thoroughly so I had an amazing shopping experience despite big queues of Rome in june!
