Went in here for eye liner and lipstick, Ellie came over to my wife and she was extremely helpful. Sorted out her needs,,not rushing her into any purchases. We went back the next day and spoke to Ellie again. This time my wife bought some different eyeliner, eye shadow and lipstick. Ellie again really impressed us. I visited the shop for a lip gloss which I have been using for years & I have it in 4 colours. Kiko products are lovely & the lip glosses are really long lasting. The staff in store are friendly, helpful & attentive.

My friend and I had an amazing experience at KIKO. We were unsure about which lip gloss and lip liner shades would suit us best, but the manager was incredibly helpful. He took the time to consider our skin tones and guided us to the perfect choices. What impressed us even more was how he carefully sanitized each product, allowing us to try them on and see which shades we preferred. We're both thrilled with our purchases and will definitely be returning. A big thank you for such a personalized and thoughtful service!
