Denise was completely on her own and did an incredible job. It was a very busy Sunday and the quality of her service remained fantastic. She was multitasking and keeping as many customers happy as possible, giving advice and helping everyone she could. I have been trying to find a replacement for the discontinued liquid skin foundation and had tried a couple of other KIKO foundations but they did not suit my skin type. Denise did a colour match on me and recommended a specific foundation which I purchased on the day and it has turned out great, perfect for my combination skin, doesn't dry me out and is a perfect match. I am very happy with the service recieved and think Denise is fantastic, I hope this is seen and she is appreciated by her employers for the great job she does. Thanks Denise!
I just want to take a moment to share how wonderful Karima is. She’s absolutely lovely- like a ray of sunshine! Every time I visit the KIKO store in Guildford , she greets me with such warmth and a big, genuine smile. From the moment you walk in, she makes you feel truly welcome. Karima is incredibly knowledgeable about the products and always so helpful. I often go in planning to buy just one thing, but thanks to her friendly advice and expertise, I usually leave with a few more , and I’m always happy with everything I buy! :) She really knows her stuff and gives the best recommendations without ever being pushy. What stands out most is how she makes the whole shopping experience feel special. She’s professional, friendly, bubbly, and caring -she makes every customer feel like a VIP! Even if I’ve had a bad day, Karima’s positivity and kindness turn it around. I always leave the shop feeling happy, not just because of the products, but because of how she treats customers. KIKO is very lucky to have someone like Karima on their team. She truly represents the best in customer service - knowledgeable, welcoming, and full of light. She’s the reason I keep coming back to KIKO instead of going anywhere else!
I went to this store on a Friday looking for a replacement for a highlighter I had from years ago . I would have had no idea on where to start how ever as soon as I walked into the shop a gorgeous lovely polite well spoken lady greeted me called Karima . She was so helpful , eager and keen to help me find the correct product . She knew exactly what I wanted, sampled highlighters on me to compare the differences and guided me on which one was the best to achieve my look . She took great care and time in eveyrbting and I felt well and truly looked after ! The whole experience was amazing from start to end and she is a credit to the store and the team !
