Amazing service from Cerys at Lakeside Kiko today. I originally went in to buy a foundation but left with the face 05 round brush, a CC cream, a matte fusion powder and the sculpting contour stick. She didnt just show me the products but actually did a demo and a very detailed tutorial so i can do it myself at home. She was so kind and made my experience so fun. The demo was so good that even my mum who had no intention to buy anything at kiko today actually brought something as well. From now on i will always drive to lakeside just so that i can purchase of this brand. Thank you Cerys & Can't wait to see you again when i need a restock on my products

Little kiosk but have a great selection of products, including skincare, they had the eye patches I was looking for and the lady who served me, Cerys, she was absolutely amazing, she knew her stock, she had suggestions on how and when to use certain things, gave me a demo on a few things, nice little chat, very easy to talk to, not pushy to make me feel obliged to purchase anything but I did as i specifically went there looking for something but got a couple of extra bits too which I love and she helped me pick out, honestly will go back to look at more and hope she’s there. Ideal little lakeside visit. Very happy

10/10 experience!! A lovely saleswoman named Cerus did my eyebrows today and they were lovely!! Her niceness convinced me to buy bb cream, a makeup brush and lipgloss for my daughter and we absolutely love them! I will most definitely be coming back to buy some more makeup products. She was very patient with us and helped us make great decisions!!
