What a great experience. I was welcomed when I walked through the door even though it was busy. Someone asked if I needed help and when I explained what I needed, she said she would hand me over to her colleague because of their expertise. That was when Zaina came to help. We discussed my needs, she identified a range of products and sat me down to test them. Then the chatter started. A lovely conversation. Interested in me. Telling funny stories. It was lovely to chat to her. Once I chose my foundation I thought she would go to help someone else. But no. She helped me chose eye shadows and eye liners. Then when I had got all I needed she dealt with the sale too. Make up shops have always made me feel a little intimidated. But Zaina and her colleagues made me feel comfortable and as if I really mattered. Great products and great customer service. Thank you xxx

I approached rhea for some product recommendations and she delivered beyond that. I don’t wear make up and I needed products that will suit my skin and rhea tested different products to show it looks and how long they last. The knowledge she has in the products blew me away and shows how dedicated she is to provide an exceptional service and this is what I look for in sales representatives working in makeup industry. Rhea has been the only one who was able to share her expertise, experience and knowledge to truly meet my needs. Rhea also gave me tips and recommendations on make up application, technique and right products for a flawless look. I went in to Kiko with my mom not being the most knowledgeable on makeup. I was greeted by a lovely chap who was really helpful. He then introduced me to Rhea who was so friendly and helpful. She really took her time helping us and giving me great tips such a friendly lady . I will return just for Rhea fantastic service in store also

I visited the store to buy some products but I am not sure which one to buy then Zaina came and helped me she is soo kind and friendly, she even gave me good suggestion on which product suits me and how to use tham correctly. Can't wait to visit again 😁

They are incredibly well stocked and Izak helped me with tips and suggestions for my skin type and complexion. And they personalized some of my products with a laser machine. Amazing

Rhea is an absolute gem. Greeted me at the entrance and offered assistance which I took. Was attentive and efficient, straight away found what I was looking for and even recommended old stock when I requested items that was specific to my requirements. Even after completion of sale made recommendations on tips to maintain makeup for longer. She is exceptional
