Fantastic customer service. In spite of the fact the store was mega busy and it can't be easy working there, it stressed me out just seeing so many customers dropping stuff, touching product, being rude...you name it. Attention was lovely and they sorted me out with a gift card for a friend. The manager of the store, a lovely gal, called Fabiola I believe, and her staff were brilliant. Fully recommend.

All I want to say is that the employees are A GOD SENT, absolutely amazing! Immediately i was greeted with a smile and warmth, answered every question I asked, helped me in general. Wish every stores employees were this nice and amazing! :)

У меня осталось очень приятное впечатление от этого магазина. ❤️ Во-первых, когда я подошла к стойке с помадами и искала свой оттенок, рядом оказалась сотрудница магазина, которая сама заметила, что мне нужна помощь, и нашла нужный номер даже без моего обращения. Это было действительно приятно. Когда я выбирала румяна, другая девушка с радостью помогла мне найти нужный оттенок. Кроме того, она быстро нас рассчитала, и нам не пришлось долго ждать в очереди. Ещё одна сотрудница помогла мне, когда я попросила мицеллярную воду, чтобы смыть с руки свотчи косметики. Я осталась очень довольна посещением. Такой внимательный и доброжелательный персонал действительно поднимает настроение на весь день. Большое спасибо! ✨

Hey Kiko! What a cool store! Even though it was busy when we visited today ; Lucy the store beauty advisor helped us out with some really great ideas. Myself and my Mom bought lots, and even managed to get my lip glosses engraved! Cute!! We will definitely be back!

I was shopping for gifts today and a lovely worker named Tatiana gave me a great counselling. I had an amazing time, it was real fun and I got quite a few products. (If you see this I hope I spelled your name right) The lady at the register wasn't too friendly though...

We came across kiko Milano on grafton street, despite the store being busy we were served very quickly by a girl with a warm smile and dark curly hair. Her service was very helpful. we will definitely be returning

I had an amazing experience at this Kiko store! The selection of products is fantastic — everything is well-organized, high-quality, and easy to find. But what really made my visit special was the outstanding service from Fabíola. She was incredibly friendly, patient, and knowledgeable. Fabíola took the time to understand what I was looking for and recommended products that suited my skin tone and style perfectly.
