I would like to thank Dorra, the Beauty Advisor at KIKO. She is very welcoming, kind, and professional. She explains the products clearly and knows exactly what suits different skin types. She is always happy to help and has a lovely, friendly personality. I felt very comfortable with her and asked many questions about makeup, and she was extremely helpful and patient. I highly recommend asking for her if you need any help, as she is very knowledgeable about makeup. I wish her all the best 👍🏻✨

I came into store at White City Kiko to find and look for a lipgloss but ended up leaving with the eyeshadow stick that I fell in love with when I saw it on Kayla‘s eyes, she helped me choose the perfect shade for me and I ended up leaving with the eyeshadow stick from the Christmas collection. Definitely coming back for the lip gloss and definitely gonna have to stock up on the eyeshadow sticks before they sell out. Thank you Kayla!!

I went to the store planning to buy just one makeup product because, honestly, I’m not very good at makeup and usually feel a bit lost when it comes to choosing or applying products. From the moment I met Iliana, she was so kind, welcoming, and patient. She really took her time to listen to me, understand what I was looking for, and guide me through everything step by step. She didn’t just recommend products — she actually taught me how to use them properly. Iliana showed me which brushes to use, how to blend colors, and what shades would suit me best. She explained everything so clearly and made me feel completely comfortable asking questions, even the simple ones. Her attitude was so positive, professional, and genuinely friendly that it made the whole experience enjoyable and fun. What impressed me most was how passionate she is about her job and how much she cares about customers. I originally planned to buy just one thing, but because of her help and the way she demonstrated the products, I ended up buying several items — and I’m very happy with all of them! It was my first time trying this brand, and I can honestly say that because of Iliana, I’ll definitely be coming back. People like her truly make a difference — she’s knowledgeable, polite, patient, and an absolute asset to the company. Kayla is the Westfield branch went above and beyond to help me replace the contents of my lost make up bag. She took her time to colour match products to my skin and was a delight to speak with too.

Kayla was absolutely amazing, very knowledgable and made the whole experience absolutely fantastic. She knew exactly what we needed and wanted, and for someone who never uses makeup, I was made to feel very comforted and confident in what I was buying! 20/10 experience, and recommend!

Brilliant customer service from Sanaa Products are top notch, especially the new line launched today, juicy fizz, of course I bought some items from, it plus other items I got two free gifts, one a beautiful makeup bag because I bought from juicey fizz, and another item Massive thank you, and I highly recommended this store, and kiko products

I just bought a lipgloss but the customer service was incredible all the girls there were amazing but I specifically spoke to (I hope o got her name right I only looked at her name tag) Alydia she was extremely bubbly and it was such a wonderful experience talking to her!

Amazing experience! Was served by Allaine, she was so much help. I finally found things I’ve been looking moths for, in the perfect shade. Her honesty was so helpful and I didn’t feel rushed. Overall, it was an amazing shopping experience - will definitely be going back. :)
