I was immediately greeted by the friendly and attentive staff, who were eager to assist me. They enthusiastically introduced me to their latest products, and I was thrilled to receive a complimentary lipstick as part of their new product launch promotion. I decided to purchase three lipsticks, each priced at £12, and I must say, they were worth every penny! The quality of the products exceeded my expectations, and I'm delighted with my purchase. Today went to Edinburgh Store to buy mascara, and ended up with another 6 products 😂typical of me! But I was assisted by Serena and she was lovely, explaining skin type, and showing me best skin tones for my skin. Was so happy I bought all she showed me. All the staff were lovely and friendly would definatly recomend this store. Lovely to be taken care of by people with great passion in their work. See you all soon for next pamper moment. Thank you.

I was served by Liola, a friendly & helpful young lady. I wanted advise on eye shadow colours and feeling confident on her recommendations, then asked her for help with foundation choices. Liola gave me useful suggestions and was encouraging about the products. I left having purchased eyeshadows, foundation, blusher and nail varnish. A great shop, helpful but not pushy staff. Would definitely recommend and return.

Was in the store earlier today as needed to replace some make up items. Was served and given great advice by a lovely member of staff. Very happy with my purchases, just a pity they can't do make overs at the moment, but hopefully this change in the near future.

I hate buying makeup. I really hate it. Vimbai was utterly superb and answered sooooo many of my questions and asked me some too to make sure I got the right thing for me. Vimbai was amazing. She removed my fear of buying yet another of the wrong thing and showed me some new products. I am a convert! The new eyeliner pencil is the best I have ever used and the eye shadow crayon thing is just amazing. My makeup actually stays on now and doesn't wander across my face. Next time I need something ill be in to see this team. They know their stuff, are friendly, not pushy and are really patient.

Clarissa Explains it All! I went into Kiko today because I was on the hunt for some lipsticks, as so far Kiko is the only brand of lipsticks I like. Clarissa was my assistant, and she was incredibly helpful, patient and kind, and talked me through every question and makeup concern I had. Because she was so fantastic, I decided to go further and investigate foundations and eye shadows with her, and I left with an entire new face's worth of products, with options - which never happens!! Clarissa gave me the perfect experience that was so outstanding I had to leave her a review. She made me feel seen, looked after and her feedback was so genuine when I was trying products (all very well managed/Covid sanitised). I could write so much more, even down to how fantastic her own makeup looked as well. But overall, she made me feel like a million dollars, and she completely made my day. Thank you so much <3

I received excellent customer service from a one of the girls who worked there Tess. I wasn't sure what colour of Foundation to pick for myself so I asked for her advice in choosing a colour and she was kind enough to give me an entire consultation to make sure I was choosing the right products! They have so much to chose from so I was very overwhelmed so this made my life so much easier, she helped me pick out products right for me and was very honest in her suggestions, I really felt like I was listened to and not pushed to buy things I wouldn't use! She also tought me different techniques on how best use the products so I knew what to do when I got home. I bought some presents in the sale as well, very reasonable prices after discount. I left with my makeup fully done but I still looked like myself, not overdone like has happened in some other stores!!! I'll definitely be back in there, thanks again Tess you were wonderful

This a a great place to buy your makeup! Lovely helpful staff and very good quality makeup at reasonable prices. Often have 3 for 2 offers on lipsticks and other mix and match products. I bought lipsticks which were really nice and excellent eye shadow compact. The sales girl was delightful and helped me choose the right shades of lipstick. Well worth a visit.

Took my Mum here today. She has just had some cancer treatment and feeling a bit down an worried the treatment is making her look washed out. So you go into a very small shop (I am hoping they can get bigger premises soon) filled with so many products. My mum already had on foundation probably one costing four times the price than the products here so I asked if they had wipes to remove it so she could try there products. Instead of providing wipes the provided a person to try the make up on her. The lady, Tess, was lovely and got all the right products whilst making my Mum feel completely at ease considering that except her I was the next oldest customer in the very busy store. Tess was Very good and knowledgable and did a great job. My Mum left the store not only with great makeup at a great price that was totally age appropriate, but feeling so much better about herself. All the other ladies working there were fab also and so warm and friendly. Thank you so much x

Helpful friendly staff. Although the shop was really busy, the sales assistant was not in any hurry to make me choose or pushy with any particular products. It was superb customer service, I was really impressed. It's the first time I've been into third branch as it always looks so busy and cramped. Im really glad I did though. It is actually a little congested at the entrance, perhaps that where the new products are? They had a 30% sale on which is what attracted me in as it was on, what appeared majority of their stock. I fancied trying another makeup brand, different colours and textures of lip products from KIKO. I found a lip product which ive never heard of or saw anything like it, it's like a chunky pencil but sparkly. It's really light weight feel on my lips. I find it great for summer it's got a moisturised sparkly look with little effort. Easy application and great buy as it's a chunky pencil you can sharpen so it will last a long time. I bought three with the 30% off sale they worked litt to be less than £3 each. With the three colours, I've got a shade for matching any of my makeup colour schemes at the moment. The size of the premises are deceptive. It's rather spacious and large towards the back of the store, at the til. There is actually a styling/ salon bar bit st the back of the store to the left, which doesn't come into sight until you're at the til. Don't be deceived by the congestion of people so not being able to set the products properly or try them. If they don't approach you, seeing you're not able view the products or have waited to do so still for a while, they stre very approachable and knowledgable about their products. What they would recommend, what's selling fast, which colours are on trend etc. I can't see you having to approach staff unless they are all occupied with other customers. I had a great experience in this shop, although it was busy at the entrance I had a thorough conversation with a staff member regarding the items. Tried them for hollow they felt and looked on. Which I'm really glad I did as usually I'd not, as there was a lip colour/ gloss which looked good on the back of the hand, the once I felt was closest to what I was looking for. I tried it on liked the colour and look, much more than I expected. However while walking around the shop my hair kept sticking to it, so I didn't waste any money buying something I'd have worn once, no good. Yet can't return makeup? I recommend trying products first. Although ask a staff member as they'll use clean applicator and wipes/ tissues too. I'll be back, regardless of a sale, really great first impression. Several staff, all of them smiling and pleasant. The entrance is wheel chair accessible. There are no toilets or baby changing facilities. There is a few perfumes in stock but primarily it's all makeup in here. The display cabinets afte a little high, although im guessing it's to stop children needing up their exceedingly neat and tidy display.
