Such a wonderful experience at KIKO! ❤️ Samah and Ala were absolutely amazing. Their warm smiles, kindness, patience, and outstanding customer service made my visit truly special. They took the time to assist me, offered great recommendations, and made me feel so welcome and valued. It’s always a pleasure to meet people who genuinely love what they do. Thank you both for making my shopping experience so enjoyable. You are a real credit to the KIKO team! Highly recommended! 🌸✨

I visited the store today to check some of the collections and was assisted by Ms Simret. She was very sweet, kind and showed us the options that were available. She also helped me by matching shades for me and told us about the new products as well. Would definitely recommend her to anyone looking for options at Kiko Milano.

This is to bring to your attention that I had in your MOE showroom where the staff weren’t helpful at all and with attitude. However I happened to visit MCC showroom where Alaa was extremely helpful and suggested varieties. You may look into the service quality of your MOE team. And kudos to Aala & Walaa
