I stopped by Kiko Milano Galleria Mall the other day and was really impressed. Rania, Omnia and Vera were not only friendly but actually took the time to understand what I was looking for. What I appreciated most is that they didn’t try to push random products on me – they showed me things that really fit my skin and style. I left with a couple of items I’m already loving. Definitely a place I’ll go back to.

Посетили Кико в Галерее ушли с тонной покупок и подарков благодаря менеджеру Рана. Это просто потрясающая красивейшая женщина, сделала шикарный мейк ап. Посоветовала все что действительно нужно, подарила подарки. Человек работает прям с душой, на своем месте, как будто к подруге в гости пришли и получили столько тепла и позитива, что решили ей в ответ из Москвы привезти подарков. Восторг!

walked into KIKO Milano just to browse… and walked out absolutely OBSESSED — all thanks to HASNAA!! From the second I stepped in, she greeted me with the warmest smile and mad energy! She’s not just helpful, she’s a whole glam experience 😍🔥 Hasnaa knew EXACTLY what shades would suit me, recommended the dreamiest lip combo, and gave me tips that NO ONE ever told me before — like, how is she not a celebrity MUA yet?! 🙌✨ I felt like I was getting a personalized masterclass while shopping! The cherry on top? She made me feel so confident and hyped up, I literally left the store glowing inside AND out 🩷💅 KIKO — you better hold on to this gem, because Hasnaa is the heart and soul of that store.
