I visited this store last weekend. From the moment I walked in until I left, the sales assistants were incredibly lovely, patient, and helpful. A special shout-out to Nicolle (I hope I’ve spelled your name correctly!), who helped me find lipsticks that suited my skin tone and facial features, and to the young woman with a unique and beautiful name (I think it’s spelled Ianira, I’m so sorry if I got it wrong) who assisted me with the engraving machine (and whose best friend happens to have the same name as me!). If you’re visiting Verona, you absolutely must stop by this shop—not only for the professional and exceptionally kind staff, but also because you can personalize your lipstick or lip gloss with an engraving. Greetings from the island of Rab, Croatia!

Ottima esperienza!

Gracias Daniela, eres excelente! 💗

Great service in here, my girlfriend bought quite a lot, and all the sales staff were super considerate and helpful. Sales staff were super patient as they retrieved tax-return documents.
