Very friendly staff and helpful.They do need 1-2 extra machines for engraving.

In the morning there was no line for engraving but at the evening the line took 1 hour

Muy buena experiencia en la tienda. Me atendió una chica que se llamaba Chiara, era pequeñita, tenía unos 19 años y llevaba el pelo largo y oscuro. Fue súper amable y muy profesional durante toda la atención. Me hizo una asesoría muy completa y me explicó muy bien los productos, sobre todo los de ojos. Además, sabía hablar español perfectamente, lo cual hizo que la comunicación fuera todavía más fácil y agradable, y fue un detalle que valoré muchísimo. Al final, gracias también a la promoción del 2+1, me animé a comprar una rutina full face completa, especialmente varios productos para los ojos. Quiero destacar especialmente su amabilidad porque la verdad es que la situación en la tienda era bastante complicada: estaba llenísima de gente y se veía claramente que no había suficientes compañeras para atender a todos. Aun así, Chiara fue muy paciente, educada y atenta conmigo en todo momento, y se tomó el tiempo necesario para aconsejarme bien. Me dio muy buena impresión y se notaba que hacía su trabajo con mucha profesionalidad, incluso estando en una situación bastante difícil. Además, que hablara español tan bien hizo que toda la experiencia fuera aún más cómoda y cercana. ¡Muchas gracias, Chiara! Sin duda, una atención que marca la diferencia.

One of the eye kohls I purchased was pre opened and used. I returned later in the evening and asked for it to be replaced and the staff were extremely nice and accomodating and were able to retrieve me a new one. Very efficient and friendly. The store can get busy during the day, however they have a great selection of makeup at an affordable price!

Op TikTok gezien dat je je lipgloss kunt laten graveren hier. De winkel is regelmatig druk. Ik heb twee keer om hulp gevraagd, maar het personeel is meer voor de quick tasks en gaan dan weer door. Wel blij met de producten en de mensen thuis waren blij met hun lipgloss!

I recently visited KIKO Milano in Florence and had the pleasure of being assisted by Chiara D. I have to say that it was a really positive experience. Chiara was extremely kind, helpful, and above all, knowledgeable. She took the time to listen to my needs and recommend the products that were most suitable for me, without ever being pushy. I particularly appreciated her attention to detail, her patience in answering all my questions, and the professional yet friendly way in which she assisted me. It is clear that she is passionate about her job and genuinely cares about customer satisfaction. It is not easy to find someone so attentive and well-prepared when it comes to customer service. La tienda es muy económica y te dejan grabar tu nombre en el labial. Compré el mío en la sucursal de Milán. El personal muy amable, hay fila para el grabado así que te recomiendo ser paciente

Especially arianne (i hope i spell her name right) was such a kind soul she helped a lot while picking products and doing the engraving everything went pretty well thanks to her. Gotta wait almost half an hour yo do the engraving tho.
