Ottimo assortimento e giusto comportamento da parte delle commesse, che non ti fanno sentire a disagio e pressato appena entri in negozio. Unica pecca… la lentezza in cassa. Che poi gli omaggi associati alla tessera sono anche carini da ricevere, ma anche questi rallentano le transazioni, perché la cliente deve scegliere tra prodotti a scelta sul bancone della cassa (suggerirei di selezionarne uno e darlo alla cliente che ha diritto al vantaggio), come anche le registrazioni fatte al momento dai clienti stessi, che si bloccano con l'IPad. Insomma, da rivedere un po' il momento finale dell'esperienza di acquisto, che lascia un po' di amaro anche alle vendite più veloci e decise.

I was thinking about what can I bring from Milan for my sister and it hit me like a brick that hey, she do love KIKO MILANO lipsticks and lip balms SOO when I got to know that in this particular store the engraving can be done I almost initially thought that THIS is what I can bring. The stuff here was really nice and even though we were here a few hours before closing and queue was big…it moved really fast (I believe we stayed in the queue for max 30 mins). I’ll definitely return here one day to engrave something this time for myself.

Mi avevano consigliato questo negozio. Complimenti alle ragazze che ci lavorano ed allo staff per la loro cortesia. Di loro mi è piaciuto il focus sulla vendita assistita e l'attenzione al cliente. Ottimo anche il servizio con cui disegnano il duomo di Milano sul tappo dei rossetti su richiesta. Esperienza nel complesso piacevole.

The beautiful and kind lady( Georgia ) , she was wearing one of the brand new lipstick which suites her a-lot, she helped me choosing what suites me , this Kiko branch is the only branch you can customize your lipsticks and glosses

We love their products but seem their staff did not treated customers the same Store were quite messy, or not enough staffs some products were out but seeing staff grabbing from cabinet below for some customers Cashier were not friendly

Super crowded!!! But the staff were helpful and made sure everyone stayed in line. I got some beautiful engraved gifts to take back home from my trip. A few staff members seemed a bit grumpy, but honestly, I understand, the crowd and the heat can’t be easy to deal with!
