Found the wedding eye look of my dreams ✨ Thanks to your wonderful employee Emma I will be shimmering and shining like a goddess at my wedding this July. As I was quietly swatching the eyeshadows on my own she approached offering to help, not wanting to bother her with the impossible task of finding an eye shadow that replicated the incandescent shimmer of the sunset on the ocean I wanted to decline. However, immediately she was so helpful asking me to describe the look I invisaged and showing me products along the way to rule things out. Moments later she arrived from the stock room with the most beautiful eye mousse I have ever seen. Thank you Emma 💖

I was at Kiko Henry Street in December and was stuck looking for matching foundation, blush and skincare for my aging skin. The lovely staff Keziah recommended some options for me to try. Her product knowledge is top notch. She mentioned that she had a science background, and it showed through her clear explanations of each product. I have waited this long to write this review because I wanted to try these products . I must say her recommendations are just what I needed. Keziah is definitely a great asset to Kiko, I knew your products were good but I will definitely be a regular customer because of her.

I had the best experience in Kiko today because I was assisted by Keizah! She was super lovely and extremely helpful. I tend to get a bit anxious asking for help but she made sure the experience was both amazing and easy! Keizah helped me discover the perfect bronzer and explained how to best apply it. She was also excellent in helping me find my shade match for the kiko foundation and blush! She also helped with me with a lovely and thoughtful offer. I had a great time talking to her. I feel really grateful for Keizahs help today and will definitely come back again soon:)) Thank you♡

Went in there yesterday and was immediately impressed by the service especially this young girl named Angel who was an absolute Angel, she was very attentive and patient with a bright smile, I am a pretty indecisive person I wanted a few products so she took her time showing me the best ones, couldn’t have left the shop happier :)

I was assisted by Mariana and I honestly couldn’t be happier with the experience! I was with a friend and both of us were really unsure about which foundation and concealer to choose, and Mariana was very attentive from start to finish. She patiently helped us find the right shades, and clearly explained the differences between the products. She was incredibly attentive, personalised, and genuinely willing to help with my needs, unlike another staff member who didn’t seem as keen to assist. Went in the other day to have a look at something and was stuck and needed someone’s opinion. I asked the lovely worker Keziah for her opinion and she went through multiple different options with me to help me find exactly what I was looking for. Not only was she efficient at her job and had excellent product knowledge, she was super kind and lovely to talk to. The shop should be proud to have Keziah as part of the team!
