I normally avoid going into beauty stores because I usually find the service to be uncomfortable, pushy or rushed. This was my first time in a kiko store & I was pleasantly surprised to see that they give you plenty of space to play, swatch, & explore. The sales manager didnt linger or hover, she answered questions knowledgeably when I did need help, & then gave me space again until I was ready to check out. There were plenty of supplies, tissues, fresh testers, & a variety of options to choose from. The service was SO good in fact that when I forgot to pick up an item from my shopping list in another store, instead of walking back to that store, I decided to just pick it up in kiko & try something new. Incredible prices, incredible quality & incredible service. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I ordered the Hug Couture Moon Milk All-Over Oil online on May 2nd after it had been sold out for such a long time, so I really, really wanted it 😍 On May 3rd my husband and I had plans for the evening and I was hoping I’d be able to use it that same day. The order still wasn’t ready for collection, but we decided to go to the store anyway and hope for the best. The staff were absolutely amazing ❤️ The ladies working there did everything they could to help and managed to mark the order as ready for collection so we didn’t have to buy another one. It genuinely felt like they wanted me to have that oil for the evening just as much as I did 🥹 While waiting, I also picked up the Extra Sculpt mascara and it’s phenomenal! It separates the lashes beautifully, doesn’t clump and doesn’t give that “spider lashes” effect at all. To top it all off, I also got a lovely jar mask ✨ The customer service was wonderful and we felt so well looked after. Will I come back? Absolutely 😍

Had such a great experience at KIKO Milano thanks to Emily (11/01/2026). She was so friendly, knowledgeable, and made me feel really comfortable asking questions. She gave amazing product recommendations without being pushy and genuinely cared about helping me find what suited me best. Left the store with the beautiful 05 lip gloss! Just look at how pretty that is. Such a credit to the store will definitely be back!
