I'm not used to being in these shops but I was sent to buy a product: a lady with shorter hair went out of her way to offer her assistance to me and didn't mind helping me find the product : very rare customer service skills, I want to come back even though I have no reason , I felt so welcomed 😂

This was my first time at this Kiko Milan store in Angel Station. I was greeted very warmly by Sadia. She did my makeup and advised me on what makeup to wear. The manager also joined us later, and I must say they were excellent, cheerful, and professional! Excellent Kiko Milan store. I recommend it even for inexperienced shoppers like me.
